You can return an item for
replacement or refund within 30 days from the time the
order was received (excluding Custom Prints).
Custom Prints must have a return authorization by contacting
us at 702-795-8442
All item(s) returned must be accompanied by the original
packing slip and must contain a reason for the return.
Please note that shipping & handling are not refundable,
no exceptions. You also may want to insure your item when
you are shipping it back to us. We are not responsible
for any lost items being returned to us. We will refund
your order in the manner it was placed. So if you paid
by credit card, you will be refunded by credit card, etc.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to return
the item to. In general the address is
